Before and After School Care
ASPIRE OSHC is an an emerging small business, entirely New South Wales based and operated, providing out of school hours care. We have strong community ties in the Mcarthur and Illawarra region. Our company’s Director has spent years working within our OSHC services and continue to be heavily involved in the hands on aspects of OSHC.
Every aspect of our program is compliant with the National Quality Framework, and is carried out by our enthusiastic and passionate educational professionals who are highly skilled across a number of key areas, including, but not limited to – working with children with additional needs, guiding children’s behaviour and facilitating development of essential life skills, implementing programs in line with My Time, Our Place and Early Years Learning Frameworks, and building quality relationships where each child’s strengths, interests, abilities and developmental needs are recognised and catered for.
At ASPIRE OSHC we believe that children need a safe, warm, secure and stimulating environment where quality care is provided and is responsive to the culture, values and beliefs of all families while seeking passionate and resourceful educators is crucial to providing children with a positive learning environment that is inclusive and respectful to all. We recognise and value the importance of strong, collaborative, and nurturing partnerships between children, families, community and educators.
