Program Manager: Tahlia

Hi, I’m Tahlia and I am the Program Manager here at Leppington aspire. With a background in Early Childhood Education, I have recently transitioned to the OSHC industry. Currently, I hold a certificate 3 in Early Childhood, and I am actively pursuing my diploma in the same field.

I am passionate about fostering children’s imagination and creativity through various forms of play. Whether it involves engaging them in arts and crafts or encouraging their involvement in outdoor sports (especially football!) I am so excited for my journey with Leppington Aspire and can’t wait to meet you all.

Kim - Educator

Hi, I’m Kim. I am married with two adult children, Rachel, who works in childcare, and Megan, who teaches dance. As a child, I played Netball and did Physical culture and Baton Twirling. I began my OSHC journey 16 years ago, working as a Co-Ordinator/Supervisor in an Independent School in Georges Hall, where my children attended. I completed my Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2017. I enjoy working with children, so I chose OSHC as a career. I love crafts, art, puzzles, board games, outside activities, and interacting with and supporting children. I have recently joined the Aspire OSHC team here at Leppington & I enjoy working with the friendly staff and children.

Brittany - Educator

Hi, I’m Britt. I have been an Educator at St Paul’s since 2017 and at Leppington from opening in 2023. I love the outdoors, so you will often find me outside playing all sorts of sports and games. It’s a privilege to be able to watch children at ASPIRE OSHC learn and grow. As a child, I loved always being outside and playing sports. Being outdoors at the park, the beach or even just in the backyard was, and still is, my favourite thing! Through working at ASPIRE, I found my passion for wanting to become a teacher, and so I have just started my second degree in Primary School education!

Narelle - Educator

Hi, I’m Narelle. I am an Educator at ASPIRE OSHC St Paul’s and Leppington. I have been here since October 2019 and I am loving it! I have previously worked in After School Care and I love interacting and spending time learning new things and having adventures with the children. I enjoy being fun and crazy with the children and seeing big smiles as they have fun. I am a big advocate for anti-bullying and I’m passionate about child wellbeing. As a child I loved bushwalking and making cubby-houses. When I grow up I want to be a racing car driver!
